Child Support Calculator

Child Support is calculated using a unique formula created by the Utah Legislature. This worksheet and calculator can help you determine the appropriate minimum amount of child support to be ordered.

Parent Education Class and Divorce Orientation

The Court requires parents to participate in a Parent Education Class for all divorce/paternity actions involving minor children. For divorcing parents, the court also requires a Divorce Orientation Course to be taken. This link provides you with more information about this requirement, the costs of the courses, and online access to the required courses.
